Requirements we will state

PHP 8.1 or newer, because that is what the licensing client ships against. A current WordPress admin you can upload a zip into. A DeepL or Google Cloud Translation API key before anything translates.

First visit in a language

A cache miss for new strings waits on your translation provider, then writes the result. Repeat visits are local. Pretranslate from Tools if you do not want that first person to wait. Details inTranslate a site.

Questions about buying

What does the yearly price actually buy?+

The plugin, updates while the subscription is live, and activations up to the site count on the plan. It does not buy DeepL or Google characters.

What happens if I cancel or the year lapses?+

Strings already stored in WordPress keep rendering. Automatic translation of new copy stops, and WordPress will stop offering plugin updates from us.

Can I get a refund?+

Yes. 14 days from the Stripe charge. The refund policy has the details.

Does the first visitor in a new language wait?+

Yes, on a cache miss. That request calls your DeepL or Google key, stores the result, then later visitors for those strings are served from your database. You can pretranslate from Tools so the first person never waits.
