Refunds
14 days to change your mind.
Ask within 14 days of the Stripe charge and we refund the LocaleReady license payment.
The rule
You have 14 days from the date Stripe charged you. Use thecontact form from the address you used at checkout and say you want a refund. We refund that LocaleReady license charge.
After 14 days, the charge stands. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Canceling is not a refund of time already paid.
Provider bills
DeepL and Google Cloud Translation charges stay on those accounts. We cannot refund them.
What happens to the license
We deactivate it. Updates from us stop. New automatic translations stop. Strings already stored in WordPress keep rendering.
